The kitchen

Lo Chef proposes a’ Original reinterpretation of local cuisine with international influences. The raw materials are carefully chosen among the excellence of the territory and the Slow Food and juxtaposed with organic fruit and vegetables grown in our vegetable garden.

The wine list features, in addition to the bottles produced on site, a selection of national and international labels, and a targeted choice of sparkling wines and champagne.

Giuseppe Leone

Gourmet chef

30 years, Sicilian Castelvetrano (Trapani), with medical studies behind and graduated in 2015 Alma Gualtiero Marchesi, He worked in Vodo di Cadore, near Cortina d'Ampezzo, the restaurant starry “Al Capriolo”, Local historian from Italy 1750, from mid-June to Tenuta Moses.
